Full job description

Up to £14.50 per hour – Permanent part-time 20 hours per week preferably over 4 days, prepared to be flexible for the right candidate.

We are an Accountancy Practice based in Halls Green near Stevenage looking for an bookkeeper / admin assistant to join our friendly practice. Training will be given on all software packages used. The successful candidate would deal with internal admin for the Practice and providing bookkeeping and payroll services for clients.

Role Requirements:

Processing purchase invoices
Raising sales invoices
Bank reconciliations
Petty cash
Internal Credit control
Payroll processing (training given if no experience)
General admin duties
Answering phone, meet and greet clients
