Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Hotel Supervisor to lead our front-of-house team at our bustling hotel. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and foster a positive environment for staff and guests alike. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining the high standards of hospitality that define our hotel.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily hotel operations
Lead and motivate a diverse team of staff members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and enthusiasm
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth functioning of the hotel
Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and support ongoing training initiatives
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and quality standards
Assist in managing human resources functions such as scheduling, onboarding, and staff development

Skills

Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or hotel industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
Excellent guest service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences
Knowledge of human resources practices related to staffing and employee relations
Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations calmly and efficiently
Passion for hospitality with a proactive approach to problem-solving
