Full job description

The Yard is an award-winning charity that runs adventure play services for children with disabilities and/or additional support needs and their families.

As a Receptionist, you will ensure the smooth running of the front of house function, as well as providing general support and administrative duties to other teams.

Position: Receptionist

Location: Drumlanrig Park, Dundee

Salary: £13.65 per hour

Hours: 25 hours per week (5 days - Sun-Thu 9:30am-2:30pm)

We very much welcome previous experience working as: Front Desk Executive, Administrative Assistant, Information Clerk, Office Secretary

You will be a key part of the team, leading our Front of House; welcoming families, groups and visitors to The Yard Dundee, and putting them at ease. Being able to explain The Yard to new and prospective members and advocate for our whole organisation.

Experience of providing excellent face-to-face customer service
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
