We believe that children should be active, stimulated, and sociable. Working as part of a team, you’ll create a structured, safe, and fun environment using the facilities around you. You’ll be confident in leading children through a mix of arts & crafts and sporting activities that can include (depending on availability) anything from football and swimming (where possible) to even bouncy castles. You’ll encourage an environment of respect and friendship amongst the children, especially as they can be from very diverse backgrounds. As a Children’s Party Instructor, you will be key to ensuring safe and fun parties and activities within the centre.
What you’ll do:
Help run parties over the weekend and ensure the customer has the best experience possible.
Assist in making sure all areas are checked and safe to use.
Set up equipment in play areas and party food rooms.
Help keep all areas clean and tidy.
Interact with kids and party parents to be fun, approachable, and ensure they have a good time.
What you need:
Experience organising and running children’s activities would be beneficial, but full training will be given.
Be flexible and available to work weekends.
Fun, enthusiastic, and happy to work in a team.
Owing to the nature of this position, any offer of employment will be subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS check.

This is a Flexible position. Hours of work will be negotiated with you in line with the needs of the service; flexible working may be possible. Working from home is not possible in this role.
