Job Advert

The HR Co-Ordinator plays a key role in supporting the delivery of a professional, efficient, and compliant HR service across our Feeds organisation.

Acting as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, this role ensures a positive employee experience through responsive support, accurate administration, and proactive coordination of HR processes whilst also contributing to continuous improvement of HR systems, processes and policies.

Day to Day

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records across HR systems, ensuring full compliance with GDPR and data protection standards.
Administer the employee lifecycle including onboarding, probation, role changes, and offboarding.
Contribute to HR projects such as wellbeing initiatives, engagement surveys & policy updates.
Maintain and update payroll input data for starters, leavers, salary increases etc and liaise with payroll to resolve queries.
Monitor and track employee absences, ensuring appropriate documentation and follow-ups.
Ensure all HR activities are compliant with employment legislation and internal policies.
Support internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and reports.
Produce regular HR metrics and reports and identify data trends to support HR insights and decision making.
Provide administrative support for employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management processes.
Prepare documentation, meeting packs, and take confidential minutes whererequired.
Track case progress and ensure documentation is filed accurately.

What will you bring?

Proven experience in a HR Administration or Coordination role.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel.
