As our product portfolio continues to grow, we're looking for a commercially minded Product & Portfolio Analyst to help shape how our products are positioned, managed and brought to market.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining commercial analysis with strategic thinking. What you'll be doing
As Product & Portfolio Analyst, you'll play a key role in managing and developing the Orangebox product portfolio. You'll:
- Analyse product performance and market trends to support commercial decision-making.
- Manage the product lifecycle, identifying opportunities for growth, development and portfolio optimisation.
- Support the development of product roadmaps and business cases for new product introductions.
- Own and maintain the Global Price List, ensuring pricing information is accurate and communicated effectively.
- Ensure product specifications, technical information and digital product data remain accurate and up to date.
- Work closely with Marketing to support successful product launches with clear positioning and compelling value propositions.
- Translate technical product information into engaging, customer-focused messaging.
- Provide product expertise and commercial insight to Sales teams across the UK and EMEA.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Produce insightful reports, dashboards and performance analysis to support strategic business decisions.
What we're looking for
We're looking for a commercially minded professional who enjoys combining data, products and market insight to drive better business decisions.You'll have:
- Experience in product management, product marketing or portfolio management, ideally within a B2B manufacturing or design-led environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, pricing and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into clear, customer-focused messaging.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- A collaborative approach and the confidence to build relationships across Marketing, Sales, Design and Finance.
- Experience with CRM systems and product data management tools; knowledge of pCon or the furniture industry would be an advantage.
