About Lucent

Lucent is a fast-growing property and temporary accommodation provider working with local authorities across the South of England. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality accommodation and exceptional service to our partners, landlords and residents.As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Junior Property Administrator to join our team at our Lakeside office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or develop a career within property and administration.

The Role

Working closely with our Property Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration of our growing property portfolio.Your responsibilities will include:

Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to emails.
Booking property inspections, maintenance visits and appointments.
Managing diaries and coordinating schedules.
Communicating with tenants, landlords and contractors.
Assisting with property compliance administration, including certificates and record keeping.
Providing administrative support to the Property Operations Manager.
Maintaining accurate property records and updating internal systems.
General office administration as required.

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, enthusiastic and eager to learn. Previous property experience isn't essential – a positive attitude and willingness to develop are far more important.You will have:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and time management abilities.
A high level of attention to detail.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
The ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a busy environment.
Confident computer and typing skills.
A professional and friendly approach to customer service.
