Eventus Legal are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor or Commercial Property CILEX to join an award-winning Commercial Property team based in Stockton-on-Tees. This permanent opportunity is available on a full-time or part-time basis and offers hybrid working, remote working, flexible working arrangements and genuine opportunities for progression. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor or Commercial Property CILEX will join a thriving team that is continuing to grow and expand. Job responsibilities

This Commercial Property Solicitor job offers a varied caseload and the opportunity to work with an established client base across a broad range of commercial property matters.

Managing a varied commercial property caseload
Handling commercial sales and acquisitions
Advising on landlord and tenant matters
Managing secured lending transactions
Providing corporate support on property-related matters
Drafting and negotiating leases, agreements for lease and ancillary documentation
Drafting contracts for sale and deeds of grant
Supporting senior colleagues with site acquisitions, disposals and agricultural matters
Participating in business development activities
Building and maintaining strong professional relationships

Person specification

Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors, Commercial Property Lawyers and Commercial Property CILEX professionals.

Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive status
At least one year of commercial property experience
Experience managing commercial property transactions
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
Commercial awareness
Excellent communication and client care abilities
Ability to manage deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy
Willingness to broaden areas of expertise
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
