Duties

Monitor ingredient freshness and manage stock levels to minimize waste while ensuring quality
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods
Follow all health and safety procedures diligently, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
Support serving staff by ensuring timely preparation of dishes for service

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and meal assembly within a professional kitchen setting
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
Excellent kitchen experience with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
Demonstrated culinary experience with a focus on quality presentation and flavor balance
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
