Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a stimulating and nurturing learning environment for young children, fostering their academic, social, and emotional development. Responsibilities

Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives
Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, respect, and cooperation among pupils
Implement effective behaviour management strategies to promote discipline and good conduct
Assess pupils’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their development
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to ensure a cohesive approach to each child's education
Organise activities that promote social skills, creativity, and physical development
Maintain accurate records of attendance, behaviour, and academic achievements
Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners, including those requiring additional support

Skills

Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues
Proven ability in behaviour management to create a safe and respectful classroom environment
Effective teaching skills with the ability to deliver engaging lessons across various subjects
Organised with the ability to plan lessons efficiently and manage classroom resources effectively
