The workload will be varied – you could be writing an article, managing a filming project on a farm, creating social media content, or developing materials for our product range or industry event.
This role will be based at our head office near Exeter with some travel as and when required.

- Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future communications
About You
- A strong creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas and bring them to life across multiple formats
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident managing projects independently and seeing them through from start to finish
- Experienced content creator, who’s comfortable creating content or managing the creation of content (e.g. with freelancers) for digital, print, and video channels
- Highly organised, adaptable, and able to juggle different priorities
- A natural collaborator who builds strong relationships across the business
- An agricultural, farming, or poultry background would be an advantage
