Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Data Entry Clerk/Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing various administrative tasks, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting daily office operations. The successful candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a professional attitude to contribute effectively to our administrative functions. This paid position offers an opportunity to develop essential office experience within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Inputting and updating data accurately into company databases and systems, including Microsoft Office, Electronic Care Plan System
Managing and maintaining organised electronic and paper filing systems.
Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and preparing reports.
Handling phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating good phone etiquette.
Ensuring data integrity by performing regular audits and quality checks.
Supporting other administrative staff with various clerical duties as required.
Responding promptly to internal requests for information or documentation.
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Qualifications

Proven office experience or administrative background.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs),
Excellent typing speed and accuracy for efficient data entry.
Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Previous clerical experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided where necessary.
Demonstrates professional phone etiquette and clear communication skills.
Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in all work undertaken.

This role is ideal for organised individuals seeking to enhance their administrative expertise within a supportive team environment.

This role is part time hours from 2pm - 5pm Monday - Thursday and 9am - 5pm every Friday.

You may be required to work at our sister site in Sawtry. You will be office based in Yaxley, Peterborough

Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
