Where will you be working?

Aviation- Our Aviation team works across a wide range of specialist civil, mechanical and electrical engineering works including major international airports, regional airports and RAF airfields.

Want to come and be a part of it?

What will you be doing?

Manage airside pass applications, renewals, and access requirements.
Maintain resource allocation sheets and workforce records.
Coordinate van and fleet administration, including bookings and compliance documentation.
Provide office management and general administrative support.
Monitor labour resources and support workforce planning activities.
Maintain accurate project and business records, ensuring compliance with company and airport procedures while supporting project and site teams.

What you'll bring:

Previous experience in an administrative, coordination, or business support role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience maintaining records, coordinating resources, and supporting operational teams in a fast-paced environment.
