Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Operator and become a vital part of our fast-paced logistics operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, operating warehouse equipment, and ensuring smooth shipping and receiving processes. Your proactive approach and mechanical aptitude will help us maintain a safe, organized, and productive environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, materials handling, and heavy lifting while contributing to the overall success of our supply chain.

Responsibilities

Operate warehouse equipment safely to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) such as CIN7to track inventory movement and update stock records accurately
Handle materials with care, ensuring proper stocking, picking, and packing of products for shipment or storage
Assist with shipping and receiving tasks by inspecting incoming goods, verifying shipments against documentation, and preparing outgoing orders
Perform heavy lifting tasks regularly while maintaining proper safety protocols to prevent injuries
Load and unload trucks efficiently while coordinating with team members to meet operational deadlines

Skills

Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in stock management and materials handling
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems such as CIN7 or similar platfor
Experience in construction or heavy lifting environments is a plus for understanding physical demands and safety procedures
Ability to perform physical tasks involving some heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in picking, packing, shipping, and receiving processes
