Income Collection Manager

Salary £39,984 - £44,977 (p.a. pro rata)

Full time, permanent contract

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to manage the Income Collection Team, providing management support across a range of key operational activities. You will be supporting the Income Manager in leading the Income Collection Team and ensuring that processes are delivered effectively and efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:

To monitor performance and efficiency of Income Collection processes
Monitoring service delivery standards and identifying opportunities for improvement
Management of the day-to-day operations of the Income Collection Team, student debtor accounts, sponsor and commercial debtor accounts and working with the wider university to ensure efficient, effective service delivery
Ensuring compliance with established processes to support a positive student experience
Oversight of banking solutions for income

You'll have experience working within an Income or Finance Team for a large complex organisation, including responsibility for credit control and debt management processes with experience of personal and commercial debt management, payment processes with a strong focus on customer service.
