Job Summary

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated trainee solicitor/paralegal to join our legal team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their career within a reputable organisation, contributing to the delivery of high-quality legal services. Mainly dealing with litigation/commercial matters.

Requirements

Applicants must have successfully completed either the Legal Practice Course (LPC) or both Solicitors Qualifying Examination assessments (SQE1 and SQE2) before applying for this position.

Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and contracts with precision and attention to detail.
Providing clear and strategic legal advice to clients and internal teams on a variety of legal issues.
Conducting legal research to stay abreast of relevant laws, regulations, and industry developments.
Managing multiple cases simultaneously whilst maintaining high standards of organisation and confidentiality.
Building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and service delivery.
Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and organisational policies throughout all activities.
