Key Responsibilities

Ensure the Spa is maintained to the highest standards of presentation and housekeeping at all times
Deliver a seamless guest journey throughout the Spa, resolving any issues professionally
Be a visible and approachable presence, acting as the face of the Spa for guests
Support the development and implementation of processes, procedures and SOPs
Drive revenue through upselling of retail products and Spa treatments
Oversee Spa team members, ensuring training, performance and standards are maintained
Ensure compliance with health and safety, operational procedures and systems

Person Specification

Previous experience in a supervisory role within a Spa or similar environment
Strong organisational skills with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service
Industry relevant qualifications (Degree, HND or Advanced GNVQ)
Experience in training, systems, processes and team support
Confident in managing operations, guest experience and health & safety
Flexible, professional and enthusiastic approach to the role
