Sales & Admin Coordinator

HUBB Group Maintenance LtdLocation: Braintree, EssexSalary: £25,000–£28,000 per year + bonus/commissionJob Type: Full-time, PermanentOTE: £30,000–£35,000+

About the Role

HUBB Group Maintenance Ltd is a growing property maintenance company, and we’re looking for a confident and organised Sales & Admin Coordinator to join our office team.

You’ll primarily support our growing Damp & Mould division, helping customers from their initial enquiry through to booking surveys and arranging any recommended works.

You do not need previous damp, mould or construction experience. Full training will be provided.

We’re much more interested in finding someone who is confident speaking to customers, organised, commercially minded and comfortable following up enquiries and opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

Handling incoming customer enquiries by phone and email
Speaking with customers to understand what they need
Booking damp & mould surveys and managing appointments
Coordinating surveyors’ diaries
Following up customers after surveys
Following up quotations for recommended remedial works
Helping convert enquiries and quotations into booked jobs
Keeping customers updated throughout the process
Preparing and sending basic quotations and documentation
Updating our internal systems and customer records
Liaising with our surveyors, engineers and remedial teams
Providing general sales and administrative support to the office

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need to come from a construction background.

We’re looking for someone who is:

Confident and professional on the phone
Friendly and comfortable speaking with customers
Naturally organised and good at keeping on top of tasks
Motivated by targets and achieving results
Comfortable following up customers and asking for the business
Reliable and able to work as part of a busy team
Confident using email and basic computer systems
Keen to learn and develop within a growing company

Previous experience in sales, customer service, telesales, account management, administration or a similar role would be beneficial.

What We Offer

£25,000–£28,000 basic salary, depending on experience
Bonus/commission structure
OTE £30,000–£35,000+
Full training on our services and the damp & mould industry

HUBB Group Maintenance Ltd provides specialist property services across the South East, including leak detection, drainage, damp & mould surveying and remedial works.
