We're Hiring: Scotland Recruitment Manager

Based in Inverness (some travel required)

Full-time | Office-based

Purpose: To Manage and lead the recruitment operations for Scotland with a focus of recruiting skilled plant operators on major projects.

Reporting Lines: The National Operated Plant Manager.

Responsibilities: What you’ll do

Managing the end-to-end process of supplying major projects within assigned region
Build and implement a strategy to increase the pipeline of talent for Scotland and Borders area
Have a strong understanding of our fleet
Handling confidential data in line with GDPR and other policies
Manage Inbound and outbound calls to external site personnel
Relationship building with external and internal personnel – Client interaction
Implement effective workforce planning strategies to ensure the timely placement of operators based on project needs
Managing customer expectations / Customer service communications via telephone and emails
Working between the National Operated Plant Manager, external on-site personnel, project management teams, Scotland Director and on-site management teams to ensure effective communication and smooth operation.
Promote clear and consistent communication among all stakeholders, ensuring that information flows seamlessly and any issues are addressed promptly
Strong team leadership with the ability to Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively
Monitor daily activities and team performance, providing senior-level feedback on successes and areas for improvement
You’ll be expected to drive improvements in team engagement and participation as well as boost productivity and retention levels

Knowledge or CRM systems desirable
