Full job description

3D Facilities Support are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant, mainly focussing on Purchase Ledger.

We are a well-established and expanding Facilities Management / HVAC company, based in Sutton Coldfield.

Permanent, part time position
Hours spread over at least 4 days
Part time (20 hours per week approx.)
On-site parking available
Competitive salary, dependant on experience (£28,000-£30,000 per annum)
Please note: This position is office based
Start date: As soon as candidate is available
Sage experience and knowledge is essential

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organised Accounts / Purchase Ledger Assistant to work within our accounts department. Very good all-round knowledge of all aspects of Sage is essential and the ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

Process supplier purchase invoices accurately and efficiently on Sage
Completing supplier statement reconciliations
Liaising directly with suppliers to source outstanding invoices
Maintain supplier records and statements, ensuring information is accurate and up to date
Credit card analysis and reconciliation (reconciliation is preferable but not essential)
Ensure confidential information is handled appropriately and in line with company procedures
Assisting with other finance-related duties as required

Essential Requirements:

Knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts is essential
Previous experience within a Purchase Ledger or similar accounts/finance role
Confident working with financial information and maintaining accurate records on Sage
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Confident communicating with suppliers
Good accounting and numerical skills
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
