As a senior team member, you’ll mentor junior stylists, manage store operations, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere that keeps clients coming back. Duties

Provide expert hair styling services including cuts, color, styling, and specialty treatments with precision and creativity.
Perform barbering services
Lead store management tasks including scheduling appointments, maintaining cleanliness, inventory control, and ensuring compliance with health standards.
Mentor and train junior stylists on techniques, customer service excellence, and upselling strategies to boost sales.
Engage with clients at the front desk by greeting guests, booking appointments, handling inquiries, and promoting retail products.
Upsell salon services and retail products confidently to maximize revenue while ensuring clients receive tailored recommendations.
Foster a positive environment through excellent communication skills and attentive customer service that builds loyalty.

Skills

Proven experience in store management within a salon or spa setting.
barbering skills combined with a strong foundation in general hairstyling.
Exceptional customer service abilities with a friendly, professional demeanor.
Skilled at front desk operations including appointment booking and client communication.
