Full job description

We are seeking a talented and passionate Beautician to join our team.

Hours and pay are to be decided upon upon application due to flexibility.

The ideal candidate will have a flair for beauty treatments and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

As a Beautician, you will be responsible for enhancing the appearance of clients through various beauty services, ensuring they leave feeling confident and satisfied.

Duties

Perform a range of beauty treatments in the salon alongside the team.
Work as part of the team.
Consult with clients to understand their beauty needs and preferences.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their concerns.
Communicate effectively with clients in English to ensure a clear understanding of the services provided.
Assist in promoting beauty products and services offered at the salon.

Qualifications

Minimum of NVQ Level 2/3 or Equivalent Needed.
Minimum 1/2 years of industry Experience Needed.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
A passion for customer service and a dedication to client satisfaction.
Strong skills in beauty treatments such as Threading, Waxing, Facials, Massages, Microdermabrasion, Manicure, Pedicure, Eyebrow and Lash treatments.
