Full job description

We’re passionate about Rec Tech and obsessed with helping our customers swim faster to success. As a Senior Implementation Consultant (as you’ll be known here!), you’ll be at the heart of transforming our customers’ businesses—leading seamless onboarding experiences, executing smooth data migrations, overseeing upgrade requirements and delivering expert system training.

You’ll use your expertise in change management and deep understanding of the recruitment industry to guide and influence customers to adopt best practices, allowing them to maximise the value they gain from Firefish.

You enjoy working with both internal and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and building strong relationships that drive retention and satisfaction.
You love taking data and translating this into meaningful strategies, optimising processes, improving performance and embracing continuous improvement.

We’ll be excited about you if:

You have at least 2 years of hands-on experience implementing RecTech or HR Tech solutions.
You have solid understanding of recruitment workflows, talent acquisition best practices, and the unique challenges recruitment agencies face in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
You have experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a proven ability to stay organised and meet deadlines.

A basic salary of £33k- £38k per annum
Remote-first working & flexible hours: adjust your schedule to fit around your out-of-work commitments (as long as you're available for our core hours!)
