Duties

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions accurately using accounting software Xero
Process accounts payable by verifying invoices, preparing payments, and ensuring timely disbursements
Reconcile bank statements regularly to maintain precise financial records
Assist with accounts receivable functions by invoicing clients and tracking payments received
Maintain ROI records of VAT and RCT returns
Maintain organized records of financial documents, receipts, and reports for audit readiness
Support month-end and year-end closing procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards
Collaborate with external accountants during audits or financial reviews to provide necessary documentation and clarification
Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting support role
Proficiency with Xero accounting software is essential.
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and general ledger management
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies quickly
Familiarity with basic payroll processing is a plusExperience

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities efficiently.

Pay rate will be discussed at interview stage
