Telesales Executive – B2B Telecoms Sales

Location: Nottingham City Centre (Office Based)
Salary: £26,000–£30,000 basic (depending on experience) + Uncapped Commission
Realistic OTE: £45,000–£60,000+

Due to continued growth, we're looking for an ambitious and experienced Telesales Executive to join our successful sales team at our Nottingham city centre office.

The Role

You'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities and selling business telecoms solutions to companies across the UK.

This is a fast-paced, rewarding sales role where you'll build your own pipeline, develop customer relationships and close new business.

Your Responsibilities

Proactively contact businesses across the UK to generate new sales opportunities.
Sell business VoIP, broadband and connectivity solutions.
Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Prepare quotations and follow up on opportunities.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Maintain accurate records using our CRM system.

What We're Looking ForEssential

Minimum of 1 years' experience within the telecoms industry.
Previous B2B telesales experience.
A confident, professional and engaging telephone manner.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a positive, target-driven attitude.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own pipeline.

Ideal Experience

We're particularly interested in candidates with experience selling products such as:

Hosted VoIP
Business Broadband
Leased Lines
SIP
Connectivity solutions
Business Mobile

Applicants with experience working for telecoms providers or resellers such as BT, Virgin Media O2 Business, Vodafone Business, TalkTalk Business, Daisy, Gamma, bOnline or similar are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

Monday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Tuesday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Wednesday: 9:00am – 7:00pm
Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: 9:00am – 3:00pm

No weekends.

£26,000–£30,000 basic salary.
Uncapped commission with realistic first-year earnings of £45,000–£60,000+.
