Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented Pastry Chef to elevate our culinary offerings with exquisite baked goods and desserts. In this dynamic role, you will craft a variety of pastries, confections, and baked treats that delight our guests and uphold the highest standards of quality and presentation. Your creativity and culinary expertise will be essential in creating memorable dining experiences while maintaining a safe and efficient kitchen environment. Responsibilities

Prepare, bake, and present a diverse range of pastries, cakes, tarts, chocolates, and other confections with precision and artistry
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dessert recipes that align with seasonal themes and menu concepts
Ensure all food production adheres to food safety standards and proper sanitation practices
Manage ingredient inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders to maintain seamless kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station in compliance with health regulations
Assist in training junior kitchen staff on baking techniques, food preparation, and safety procedures
Support the overall kitchen workflow by efficiently executing assigned tasks during busy service periods

Skills

Extensive experience in food production, food preparation, and baking within a professional kitchen environment
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques related to pastry arts, including decorating and plating skills
Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality
Familiarity with food safety protocols and sanitation standards in a restaurant setting
Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Effective communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with team members
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is highly desirable for success in this role
