About The Role

Fleet Sales Administrator

Marshall Motor Group Peterborough

Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30- 5:30

At Marshall Motor Group Peterborough, we’re offering an exciting opportunity for a confident and Fleet Sales Administrator to join one of the UK’s most trusted and innovative car brands.

In this role:

Work closely with corporate clients providing consistently high levels of customer service
Lead all post-sale related administration processes for fleet sales
Provide client quotations, order vehicles, allocate vehicle registration numbers, tax new vehicles and produce client invoices
Liaise with the vehicle preparation centre to ensure vehicles complete a pre-delivery inspection and are valeted
Arrange vehicle delivery or collection by the client

We're looking for:

Excellent attention to detail is necessary due to the level of administration required
You will be naturally organised and have good time management skills
Confident IT skills, particularly in MS Excel
