We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Manager to lead a number of our existing supported living services across Ashington and Cresswell, with the potential to become involved in further service development within Northumberland in the future.
About the Role
You will provide strong operational leadership and PBS practice leadership, ensuring that people receive high quality, person-centred support which reflects their individual needs, wishes, and aspirations.
You will work alongside our experienced Supported Living Coordinator, allowing you to develop a thorough understanding of the people we support, our teams and the way our services operate.
The role requires someone who is confident leading staff teams and who understands the opportunities and challenges involved in supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.

We are Looking for Someone Who:
- Has significant experience of working within supported living services.
- Has experience of managing or leading staff teams.
- Shares our values and commitment to delivering high-quality, individualised support.
- Has experience of supporting people with learning disabilities and/or autism and complex needs, particularly where behaviors may challenge.
- Can provide effective leadership, guidance and support to staff teams.
- Are confident managing services, maintaining quality standards, and responding appropriately to operational issues.
- Can work collaboratively with people we support, families, colleagues and external professionals.
- Is organised, approachable and able to make sound decisions.
- Can work flexibly, including participating in out-of-hours and on-call arrangements as required.
- Holds a full UK manual driving licence.
Qualification and/or experience in Positive Behavioral Support.
A relevant Level 3 or above qualification in Health and Social Care, or equivalent, would be desirable.

Experience
Preferred:
- At least 3 years’ experience within supported living in a management, supervisory or Team Leader role.
- Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, and/or complex needs.
Licence
Required:
- Full UK manual driving licence
