Full job description

Oakmoor Interiors is a busy bespoke interiors studio, and our Managing Director needs a right hand. This is first and foremost a PA role: you'll manage his diary, inbox and travel, keep him where he needs to be with what he needs to have, and act as gatekeeper so his time goes where it matters. Alongside that, you'll keep the studios and office themselves running smoothly.

No two days will look the same. One morning you might be juggling client meetings and site visits into an packed diary; the same afternoon you could be chasing a supplier, preparing paperwork for a client presentation, and rebooking travel that's just fallen through. You'll need to decide on the spot what matters most right now and be relaxed about changing plans.

What you'll do

Own the MD's diary, inbox and travel arrangements end to end
Prioritise competing demands and protect his time; screening calls, meetings and requests
Prepare documents, correspondence and materials for client meetings
Keep the studios and office running: supplies, post, filing, contractor and supplier coordination
Support with accounting admin and liaising with our Accounts Executive
Handle ad-hoc tasks with a "consider it done" attitude

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a PA, EA or office manager supporting a busy director or owner
Exceptional organisation and the judgement to prioritise without being told
Flexibility - you stay calm and cheerful when the day gets rearranged
Discretion and professionalism with confidential matters
Strong written communication and confidence with IT, ideally Google Workspace

The details

Full-time, fully office-based at our Lincoln studio/office. You'll work directly with the MD in a small, friendly team where your work is visible and genuinely makes the difference between a chaotic week and a smooth one.
