Full job description

SRJ Windows are now recruiting a part time or full time experienced Customer Service Assistant to join our administration team.

The ideal candidate will have good all round administrative and IT skills, including experience of Microsoft office and email, have excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and withstand pressure in an environment where priorities often change very quickly.

This role supports our aftersales service and will involve working closely with and providing administrative support to the installations manager and service technicians. Duties will range from effectively assessing and dealing with customer queries, scheduling service work, diary planning and travel management to ordering parts and stock.

Excellent Salary dependant on experience.

Prior experience of working in a relevant environment and as part of a team is essential

Experience in the Double-Glazing / Home improvement industry would be beneficial.
