Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support care plans, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. This role offers an opportunity to utilise your leadership skills and make a meaningful difference in patients' lives within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Duties

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and care plans.
Monitor patient conditions, record observations accurately, and report any significant changes to the medical team.
Administer medications and treatments safely, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and update individualised care plans.
Provide guidance and support to junior staff and new team members, demonstrating leadership qualities.
Educate patients and their families about health management, post-discharge care, and treatment procedures.
Maintain meticulous documentation of all patient interactions, treatments, and observations.
Ensure infection control standards are upheld at all times within the clinical setting.
Manage time effectively to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of care.

Requirements

Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with the appropriate regulatory body.
Proven experience in a clinical nursing environment, with strong leadership capabilities.
Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Proficient in developing and implementing personalised care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple priorities.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating leadership qualities.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to healthcare regulations.

This role is ideal for motivated nurses seeking an engaging position where they can utilise their skills in leadership, communication, and patient care within a supportive organisation committed to excellence in healthcare delivery.

The ideal candidate will be available to work nights or days, contracted to work 12.25 hours per week.

Pay: £18.00-£20.00 per hour
