Receptionist (Part-Time)

Location: Grimsby / Cleethorpes
Hours: 3 days per week plus every other Saturday (9:00am – 3:00pm)

Jackson Green & Preston are looking for a confident, organised and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a busy, fast-paced estate agency, where no two days are ever the same.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience while supporting our sales, lettings and property management teams.

Key Responsibilities

Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answering and directing a high volume of telephone calls.
Managing appointments for property viewings and valuations.
Providing administrative support to the sales, lettings and property management teams.
Processing enquiries from buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
Maintaining accurate records using our property management software.
Handling incoming and outgoing post and general office duties.
Assisting with marketing and property listings where required.
Ensuring the reception area is welcoming and presentable at all times.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has excellent customer service and communication skills.
Remains calm and organised under pressure.
Can multitask and prioritise workload in a busy office environment.
Is confident using Microsoft Office and learning new computer systems.
Has a professional, positive and proactive attitude.
Works well as part of a team but can also use their own initiative.
Has previous reception, administration or customer service experience (preferred but not essential).
