Mae Gwesty Portmeirion a Chastell Deudraeth yn ddau westy moethus pedair seren sydd wedi'u lleoli ym mhentref byd-enwog Portmeirion, ar gyrion hardd Parc Cenedlaethol Eryri.

Hotel Portmeirion and Castell Deudraeth are two luxury 4 star hotels located within the world famous village of Portmeirion, on the edge of Eryri National Park. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Restaurant and Bar Assistants to join our Food and Beverage team. If you enjoy meeting people, thrive in a busy environment and take pride in delivering excellent service, we'd love to hear from you. Whether you already have hospitality experience or are looking to begin your career, full training will be provided. This is a year round position.

Cynnal glendid ac ymddangosiad y bwyty a'r bar;
Gweithio'n agos gyda'r gegin a'r tîm blaen tŷ i sicrhau profiad eithriadol i westeion; a dilyn gweithdrefnau hylendid bwyd, iechyd a diogelwch y cwmni.

Duties

Welcoming guests and providing a warm, professional service;
Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently;
Serving food and beverages to a high standard;
Advising guests on our menus and wine list where appropriate;
Preparing and resetting tables for service;
Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant and bar areas;
Working closely with the kitchen and front of house team to ensure an exceptional guest experience;
Following food hygiene, health & safety and company procedures.

What we're looking for

Reliability and flexibility, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays;
Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential

Pay: Up to £13.21 per hour
