Part-Time Family Law Solicitor / Legal Executive Salisbury or Chippenham

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Family Law Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our friendly and established team on a part-time basis.

We are looking for a Family Law Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid experience in family law and a commitment to providing high-quality, client-focused advice.

The successful candidate will ideally be Resolution qualified/accredited, or have a strong commitment to the Resolution approach and the constructive resolution of family disputes.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload and advise clients across a range of family law matters, which may include:

Divorce and separation
Financial arrangements following relationship breakdown
Private children matters
Cohabitation and pre-nuptial agreements
Domestic abuse and associated family proceedings
Other private family law matters

You will be responsible for providing clear, practical and empathetic advice while maintaining a high standard of client care and professional service.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Is a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in family law
Has strong technical knowledge and practical experience
Is ideally Resolution qualified/accredited
Can manage their own caseload with minimal supervision
Has excellent communication and organisational skills
Is commercially aware and committed to providing excellent client service
Works collaboratively and would enjoy being part of a supportive team
