Ancla Realty · Southampton (office based) · £32,000 to £36,000 depending on experience, plus pension · Full time, Monday to Friday

Ancla Realty looks after around 400 residential and commercial properties across the area, and we do it properly. We are a growing independent property business that runs on clear processes rather than chaos, and we are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys keeping things ticking along beautifully behind the scenes.

Unlike many property businesses, we've invested heavily in building clear systems, documented processes and technology. We believe great service comes from well-designed systems as much as great people, and we're looking for someone who enjoys working in that kind of environment.

This role sits at the centre of our day-to-day operations. You will be the calm, organised point of contact for tenants, contractors, suppliers and letting agents, keeping our records spot on, staying on top of repairs and safety checks, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. You'll have genuine ownership of the day-to-day operational administration of the business, helping ensure our systems run smoothly while contributing ideas to improve them as we continue to grow.

You will fit right in if you:

Like a tidy process, a good checklist and a satisfying to-do list
Notice the small details other people miss
Can juggle several things at once and calmly decide what comes first
Are happy being the dependable one in the background
Have a warm, professional phone manner and around 2 to 3 years in an admin or operations role
Hold a full UK driving licence, as the odd property visit crops up

Property experience or knowing Re-Leased is a lovely bonus, but it is not essential. If you are organised, reliable and like making things run better, we would love to hear from you.
