About Us

We are a social enterprise committed to improving foot health and mobility for elderly individuals, those with medical conditions, and underserved communities. Our mission is to provide accessible, professional footcare services that enhance the quality of life for our clients.This service is delivered within peoples own homes and designated clinic facilities across East Ayrshire. Our clinic provides a friendly, supportive environment where employees are valued and encouraged to grow in their roles.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in the healthcare sector and make a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality footcare services, including nail trimming and basic foot health assessments.
Educate clients on proper foot hygiene and preventative care.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Participate in outreach programs to support vulnerable populations.

Requirements

Previous experience in a healthcare or footcare setting is desirable but not essential as all training will be provided.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, caring, and patient-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organizational and time management skills.
A willingness to learn and develop in the role.
Driver preferred.
