Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations, ensuring the hotel’s facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of building maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and systems management. Your leadership will drive efficient project management, supervise maintenance staff, and uphold high standards of safety and quality. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the hotel maintenance program to ensure timely completion of daily tasks and preventive maintenance schedules.
Oversee all maintenance activities related to mechanical systems, electrical installations, plumbing, HVAC, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
Develop and manage maintenance projects from planning through execution, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
Review schematics and technical drawings to troubleshoot issues efficiently and implement effective solutions.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or upgrades while managing budgets and timelines.
Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify potential hazards or repair needs and prioritize corrective actions.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, safety inspections, equipment inventories, and repair logs.

Experience

Proven management experience in hotel or large-scale facility maintenance with strong leadership skills.
Some project management experience overseeing multiple maintenance projects simultaneously.
Solid mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience; familiarity with schematics and PLC systems is highly desirable.
Supervising experience with a focus on team development, safety compliance, and operational efficiency.
Strong understanding of maintenance procedures across various systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical wiring, and mechanical equipment.
Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate effectively with team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
