Full job description

Rugby School is seeking a highly organised, proactive and experienced Senior Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to the Senior Leadership of the School. This is a pivotal role requiring outstanding organisational skills, discretion and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Working at the heart of the School, you will play an essential role in coordinating strategic projects, monitoring progress, liaising with stakeholders across the School, and ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and to a high standard. The ideal candidate will combine technical competence with a service driven approach, helping to improve administrative processes and implement efficiencies.
