Full job description

Job Overview
If you love making things, figuring out how they work and seeing a product come off the line, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for someone with hands-on manufacturing or production experience and a genuine passion for practical, hands-on work. Experience in electro-mechanical assembly is a bonus, as is exposure to processes such as thermoforming, laser welding, heat sealing or ultrasonic welding — but don't worry if these are new to you, we'll train you. As our Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician, you'll be hands-on from day one, assembling, testing and improving products and helping us turn innovative designs into high-quality finished products.

Things you will get to do:

Assemble complex electro-mechanical systems, integrating motors, sensors, printed circuit boards, and mechanical structures.
Follow detailed assembly instructions, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accurate, efficient builds.
Conduct functional tests to confirm proper operation and adherence to quality standards.
Perform quality inspections at all stages — including verification of plastic welded joints — to identify and address defects or deviations in line with specifications and industry standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to assembly and plastic welding to maintain efficiency.
Collaborate with quality control teams to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.
Document assembly processes, deviations, and adjustments, and produce reports on production efficiency, quality metrics, and improvement opportunities.
