Quantum Wealth Planning is an independent financial planning firm based in Royal Tunbridge Wells. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality financial advice and outstanding client service, building long-term relationships with individuals and families to help them achieve their financial goals.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Financial Planning Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team.

Whether you already have experience within financial services or are looking to begin a long-term career in the profession, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.

The role

This is a varied position where you'll play an important role in supporting our advisers and ensuring our clients receive an exceptional level of service.

Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing client documentation and application forms
Processing new business and servicing existing clients
Liaising with pension providers, investment companies and insurers
Maintaining accurate client records
Preparing paperwork for client meetings
Managing client correspondence by telephone and email
Supporting advisers with day-to-day administration
General office administration

As your knowledge and confidence develop, you'll become involved in more technical aspects of financial planning and have the opportunity to progress within the business.

About you

We're looking for someone who:

Has excellent attention to detail
Is organised and able to manage their workload effectively
Has strong written and verbal communication skills
Is professional, reliable and enjoys working as part of a small team
Has good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Is eager to learn and build a long-term career

Previous experience within financial planning is welcomed but is not essential. We're looking for the right person with the right attitude.

Professional examination fees reimbursed on successful completion
£250 bonus for every professional examination passed
£2,000 salary increase after every two R0 examinations passed (maximum one salary increase in any 12-month period)
