Full job description

Job Summary
Walker Engineering (Leeds) Ltd is a well-established, family-run subcontract engineering company based in LS12. We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Engineering Labourer to join our busy team.

Key Responsibilities:

General workshop cleaning and maintenance
Emptying swarf bins and general machine maintenance support
Sawing and preparing stock materials for machining
Assisting with loading parts on CNC machines
Occasional driving and local deliveries
Unloading delivery vehicles
Supporting other workshop duties as required

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment is advantageous
A practical, hands-on attitude and a strong work ethic
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Flexibility to support various tasks around the workshop
A full UK driving licence

For vehicle insurance reasons, a minimum age of 25 is required.
