Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our vibrant property team. Duties

Engage with prospective buyers and tenants to understand their property needs and preferences
Conduct property viewings, providing detailed information and answering client questions confidently
Negotiate offers between clients and landlords or sellers to secure mutually beneficial agreements
Manage administrative tasks such as, offers, and standard documentation
Maintain organized records of client interactions, property listings, and transaction progress
Assist in marketing properties through various channels to attract potential buyers or tenants

Requirements

Proven administrative experience with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage confidently with clients and team members
Ability to work proactively in a fast-moving environment while maintaining professionalism
Previous experience in real estate or sales is advantageous but not essential; enthusiasm and a customer-focused attitude are key
A positive attitude, motivation to succeed, and the ability to build rapport quickly
