Your experience should demonstrate:

2. Strong People Partnering Experience

Experience supporting growth, transformation or restructuring
Can adapt roles and ways of working for future needs
Supports leaders and team members through change effectively
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving business

5. Talent, Performance & Capability Building

Ability to identify skills gaps and future talent needs
Supports succession planning and career development
Drives & supports performance conversations and accountability

6. Employee Relations Expertise

Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
Confident managing complex ER cases
Provides pragmatic, balanced advice
Reduces risk while maintaining a people-focused approach

7. Leadership Influencing

Supports team leader development
Challenges behaviours that don’t align with values
Builds leadership confidence and capability
Influences without relying on authority

8. Data & Insight Led

Uses HR metrics to tell a story, such as:
engagement trends
attrition
absence
performance
recruitment challenges
capability gaps
Turns data into action and measurable improvements
