Job Type: Full-time (with flexibility to cover extended hours when required)
Location: Rotherham office
Salary: up to £28,000.00 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

About the Role
Norton Home Loans is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Servicing Administrator to join our dedicated team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You’ll support our underwriting and post‑completion processes, ensuring cases are managed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Case Management

Review first and second charge cases after payout and update systems accurately.
Complete internal and external reports for new lending.
Register and deregister charges with HM Land Registry / Scottish solicitors.
Manage HMLR requisitions and respond within required timescales.
Handle Land Registry enquiries.

Customer & Stakeholder Support

Process settlement requests, discharges of security, consents, and deeds of postponement.
Handle telephone queries, correspondence, and complaints in line with company policy.
Liaise with clients, solicitors, lenders, and third parties.

Administration & Record Keeping

Set up accounts, maintain records, and complete general administrative duties.
Update spreadsheets and prepare files for referrals or further advances.

Previous administrative experience is highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
A flexible, adaptable team player.

Contract Type: 12‑month fixed‑term contract (with potential for extension depending on business needs).
