THE BUSINESS

The Nest at Little Verzons Farm is a unique Farm Shop and Café, with an adjoining Garden Centre, set in 14 acres of beautifully re-wilded farmland. Our outdoor space consists of a mature heritage orchard, along with woodland and a lake all connected by nature trails. Championing local craft, food and drink, The Nest is an eclectic business owned by the award-winning Handmade Scotch Egg Company.

ABOUT YOU

As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of our business, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for every guest. From greeting customers with a smile to ensuring excellent service throughout their visit, you will play a key part in delivering memorable experiences.

It is essential you are fully flexible to work daytime shifts, including some weekends, on a rota basis.

Previous experience in a fast-paced cafe environment in the hospitality and catering industry is preferred.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Providing an excellent experience to each customer who visits The Nest, ensuring that all customer needs are met.
Delivering high standards of customer service at all times.
Taking orders and delivering to the table accurately.
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the front of house area.
Taking payment at the till.
Working closely with the wider team to ensure smooth service.
