Annual salary of £24,479 (FTE)
Permanent role
Full-time & Part time available (35 hours)
Fleetwood office base

The role

The purpose of this role is to provide a high-quality, customer-focused reception and front-of-house service to tenants, visitors, professionals, and contractors. Acting as the first point of contact, the postholder will ensure all enquiries are handled efficiently, professionally, and courteously, creating a welcoming and positive experience for all individuals accessing the service.

The role also supports the smooth day-to-day running of the building by maintaining effective communication, coordinating visitor access, and assisting with administrative and operational tasks as required.

The right fit

The post holder must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with an experience of working effectively with colleagues, contractors, vulnerable tenants, and their families / advocates to deliver high quality housing services.
The post holder must have ICT skills which are applied in a way which provides an effective housing service both operationally and strategically through performance reporting
The post holder to be personable, approachable, and able to work as part of a team.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
Good communication skills and the ability to communicate with a wide range of customers.
