Full job description

Job Summary

We are a busy restaurant seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-time Bookkeeping and Administrative Assistant to handle purchase invoices, payroll, and general bookkeeping tasks. This role is essential for keeping our administrative and financial records accurate and up-to-date. The position offers flexible working hours suitable for candidates who prefer part-time employment.

Key Responsibilities

Process and organize purchase invoices, delivery notes, and supplier statements
Handle daily bookkeeping entries and expense recording
Assist with payroll preparation (attendance records, wages calculation, etc.)
Manage accounts payable and maintain accurate financial records
Reconcile supplier accounts and assist with inventory cost tracking
File and maintain all administrative and financial documents
Prepare simple weekly or monthly reports as required
Support other administrative tasks when needed

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative work (restaurant/hospitality experience is an advantage)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
Good command of written and spoken English
Ability to speak Mandarin (普通话) and Cantonese (粤语) are highly preferred
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
Flexible with working hours (approximately 25 hours per week)
