Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services, including cutting, Your ability to communicate effectively with clients and provide expert advice will be essential in ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

Provide a range of hair services including cutting
Maintain a clean and organised work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication.
Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations.
Mentor junior stylists and assist in training new team members as needed.
Participate in promotional events and marketing activities to attract new clients.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Knowledge of barbering techniques is advantageous.
Ability to upsell services and products confidently.
Previous experience in store management or front desk operations is a plus.
A valid hairdressing qualification or certification is required.
