Bakery Assistant Job Description

Job Title: Bakery Assistant

Job Purpose:
To support the daily production of quality bakery products while maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with preparing, shaping, baking, cooling, slicing, and packaging bread and bakery products.
Measure and prepare ingredients according to recipes.
Operate bakery equipment safely after training.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and storage areas.
Follow HACCP, food safety, and hygiene procedures.
Check product quality and report any issues to the bakery manager.
Store ingredients correctly and maintain stock levels.
Support the bakery team to meet daily production targets.

Requirements:
