Job Overview
Stepping Stones Financial Planning are a friendly and well-established IFA firm, based in Desford, Leicestershire.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Client Services Administrator to join us at Stepping Stones Financial Planning.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing independent financial planning firm where people matter, both our clients and our team. You'll play a key role in supporting advisers, looking after clients and helping us maintain the high standards of service that our clients have come to expect.

The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, detail-focused and comfortable working in a busy environment.

Whilst previous experience within financial services or financial planning would be advantageous, we're also keen to hear from individuals with backgrounds in conveyancing, legal services, accountancy or other professional administrative roles, where accuracy, communication and client care are central to the role.

We're looking for someone who:

Reliable and consistent.
Ability to multitask several administration tasks at a time.
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
Has a strong eye for detail and takes pride in producing accurate work
Enjoys working as part of a close-knit and supportive team
Is committed to delivering exceptional client service
Is looking to build a long-term career within a professional and growing business
